Testimonials From Past Clients
Thank you both for such a wonderful trip through some quite amazing locations. The care and effort you both put into making this trip a success was evident from the first day. The photos I’ve captured on this adventure are probably some of my best work yet. Really appreciate you sharing your time and knowledge with me. I do hope I’ll be able to do another trip with you guys in the near future!
Your workshop had many fine photo opportunities, a superb post processing session, and your undivided attention in the field when requested. In addition, it was lots of fun with a terrific group of fellow participants. Indeed, a very well run photo trip. This was my first photo workshop with you. There will be more.
Thank you for an amazing workshop. I learned so much – not only from the help you gave me one-on-one, but as you helped others or set up your own shot. It was so much fun!
I really enjoyed my five day workshop with Ted Gore! He took us to some fantastic shooting locations in Death Valley and the Eastern Sierra Mountains, and always got us to the right place with plenty of time to set up for the best light. The group was small (5 people) so there was no problem getting individual help, and we had some great discussions about technique, gear and philosophy. Their price was very reasonable, and I plan to go with them again as soon as I can. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting an advanced workshop in landscape photography.
I recently attended a workshop in the Columbia Gorge with Ted. I found the instruction and knowledge of the area to be excellent. I have attended a number of workshops over the years and I found that the instruction on this particular workshop was among the best I have ever attended. The instruction was excellent and applicable for anyone at any level of photography. Thank you Ted!
I recently attended the Eastern Sierra's Workshop with Ted Gore. Ted was awesome! He was a pleasure to spend the week with and was constantly working hard to provide us with the best possible experience. His knowledge of the locations and weather conditions was outstanding and they provided excellent instruction and guidance. He got us to some great locations and in the end I came away with not only some great photos but a new understanding of composition and processing to build on with my own photography. Thanks Ted!
I've done a number of workshops and can say that TJ and Ted's was among the best. Don't expect to get out of the car and shoot. But then the best photos take the most effort. In short, they'll take you to locations others won't. Moreover, both are great teachers and complement each other well. TJ is the consummate teacher and clearly enjoys helping others learn -- and laugh. (He's a blast!!) Ted has few equals in terms of Photoshop artistry -- and he has the ability to communicate what/how he does it clearly. I would highly recommend both if you're looking to take your photography to an advanced level.
I have been taking a number of photography workshops with some of the best known adventure photographers in the past few years and that's where I first came across the name Ted Gore. It was a respectful note to have his name mentioned on a few occasions and i decided to research him to find out what he was all about.
From the professional standpoint his portfolio and the style of work is as good as anyone else in the top category of adventure photography and I decided to give it a try in participating in his eastern sierras trip.
The experience was incredible, his persona and character is the best I've seen in photographers and I recommend his workshops to anyone from amature to pro level.
